Horses give immediate, honest and accurate feedback to how we are being around them – to our energy and behaviour. They don’t have an agenda or tell us what we want to hear.
Horses are always present and react to what they are faced with, in the moment, quickly letting things go once they have processed them.

There are few more effective ways to work on non verbal communication, self awareness and emotional intelligence relevant to the changing workplace or life in general.
